A few recent highlights

A multi-venue music initiative for Berry Tourism

We programmed an event model designed to help visitors stay longer, while rebuilding local midweek social life and income for hospitality and creatives.

A Day Well Spent reached 350,000+ people through digital marketing, drove 600,000+ impressions promoting Berry, and pulled 14,000 visitors to the campaign site. The event was delivered on Thursday’s & Sundays monthly, with 96+ musicians performing over a 4 month period.

Nothing excites us more than seeing a sleepy regional town humming with music. Real people. Real results.

A DAY WELL SPENT

We couldn’t have done it to this level without them. Professional and a breeze to work with.
— Kate Dezarnaulds, District Coordinator

A community street festival for the Port Kembla Chamber of Commerce.

With the assistance of NSW Government Funding, this collaborative project shut down main streets and brought them to life with community events and activities.

Holy Pavlova delivered road closures, street stages, live music, roving entertainment, makers markets, pop-up bars and food courts. The event attracted 5,000+ patrons and resulted in a 2.5x local spent in the region.

We love executing a clients vision. Get the brief, take the reigns, and manage the process from concept to close.

BLOCK PARTY

An urban takeover for Wonderwalls Festival

We transformed a carpark into a humming celebration for the 10th edition of Wonderwalls, Australia's largest and longest-running street art festival. The music was centred between two freshly painted murals in an honest ode the the impact of public art.

The three-day annual festival that has helped to transform Wollongong from a city defined by its industrial past into a vibrant, productive, future-focused urban centre.

The event was tailored perfectly. People were buzzing, an unforgettable decade celebration.
— Simon Grant, Creative Director

Transforming historic building facades into public art for Wollongong City Council.

The concept was to turn the city's historic architecture into a canvas after dark, using large-scale projection mapping to layer new meaning onto familiar heritage buildings rather than just lighting them up.

We designed and delivered multiple bespoke, precision-mapped projections across the facades, weaving local historical context and archival content into each piece — transforming static heritage into an immersive public art experience for the city.

ARCHITECTUAL PROJECTIONS

Our history wasn’t just remembered, it was alive, glowing on the walls we walk past every day

A house party and advertising campaign for Capital Brewing

The strategy was to move away from traditional, curated advertising to promote a new product range, using a POV filming style to create a raw, unfiltered, and authentic narrative that resonates with a Gen-Z audience.

We acted as production and event partner, facilitating an authentic house party for the commercial. We provided procurement and logistics support to lock in talent, shoot location, curated guest lists, insurances, and audio-visual suppliers.

CRAFTED & COLOURFUL SHOOT

We gave a pretty unusual brief, and they nailed it. Easy to work with, right on brand, epic campaign!
— Mick Healy, Creative Director

MINDFUL MEANDERERS DEVELOPMENT

Building safe and compliant operations for regional festivals, for Mindful Meanderers

Mindful Meanderers, behind several cultural gatherings on the NSW South Coast, engaged us to build their event framework and manage the DA process — developing Operations, Risk, Traffic, Emergency, Waste, Medical and Bushfire plans across multiple festivals.

Less glamorous than creative direction or logistics, but compliance is a critical part of how we support our clients deliver their vision.

Holy Pavlova’s proven track record and creative expertise made them the ideal partner for this festival
